Form Noun And Form Adjective

I am a teacher in Vocational High school at Bekasi. I always acctive to give in formal education and formal education to my student. I wanna be a good and assertive tecaher for my student, because to educate a children is not easy. We have a techinal and a step to get a goal and create a good children. However all my student and the condition what kind of noisy be a silent  when I entered the class. I wanna be a anger woman if my children is very noisy in my class or my lesson, I will give a punishment to noisy student in my lesson. How to much a children have a childish attitude in the class but a little of children imperresive in lesson. The character of children are unexpecte, but they are a lovable in my mind and I believe they will a good person to their self and and their family. Because they have a different skillful at their field, and i will to give a respect relation for them. And they will remember me how to get a good teacher of them.
